BOOKING INFORMATION
& SETUP PROCEDURE
Let's get your movie night planning started! Simply contact us via phone, text, or email to begin your quote. We require a 50% deposit to book with remainder due 30 days prior to the event. We will ask you a few questions about the location, attendance, and date to build your customizable quote and guide you to our best screen for your event. We provide everything you need except the movie/media. If your event is a private backyard party you won't need a movie license, however if it's an event in a public forum like a park, school, mall, etc. you will need to obtain movie licensing from Swank Movie Licensing or Criterion. We are not legally allowed to provide the film licensing for you, the end user or client. Please confirm what platform media you'll be providing at time of booking.
DAY OF EVENT PROCEDURE
The day of the event we will arrive between 4 - 6 PM or two hours before start time to begin setting up the screen and audio visual equipment. Once the screen is inflated and ready to go, we will test our audio gear and microphone. You may also make any announcements for your guests & friends! Our team will begin the projector testing at dusk and show any pre-show media you desire. This can include: sponsor ads, live camera streams, video games, music videos, general announcements, concessions sales, etc. Please have this info & media submitted to us two weeks prior to the event.
The movie will begin 15-30 minutes after sunset for optimal viewing experience and our team will deflate the screen and begin packing up equipment 10 minutes after the end of the movie unless other arrangements are made. Our pack-up process takes about 90 minutes and it's a wrap!! Now your guests will talk about how much fun their outdoor moonlite movie experience was!
IMPORTANT WEATHER INFORMATION
Safety is paramount in all situations for audience safety & equipment protection. While we all want to enjoy a great movie under the moonlite, sometimes Mother Nature throws us a curve ball! No additional charge will be applied & we will work with you on a rain-date for all events providing we have availability or provide a full refund. Any chance of precipitation or winds over 10 mph are a cause for concern & our Moonlite Movies Crew needs 6 hours notice of any cancellation or rain date changes. If wind picks up during performance of a movie or precipitation begins, our team will deflate until the winds return to a safe speed or precipitation stops.
Indoor locations are a great back-up plan in case of weather so the show can go on! We actually do a ton of indoor events for our clients & groups.
VIDEO GAME NIGHTS
Love gaming and want an out of this world big-screen experience? Our inflatable screens are great to have for birthday parties, game nights with your friends, school events, and more. You can provide the gaming system, game(s), and controllers for us to hook into our pro audio visual system rack or with advanced notice, we can provide the gaming system package for you.
